What's the difference between Clients & Concepts?
Clients are individuals and companies which we've either consulted with, created electronic books for, printed materials, e-mail campaigns, cd/dvd production, technical work, technology development, etc.
Every project is different because every client is different. We could have 20 projects for 20 different ice cream parlors and based on preferences, needs, wants and their budget for development; we will have 20 completely different projects.
Concepts on the other hand are project that had a start and due to circumstances beyond our control where never completed. They're kind of like cold case files in that at any time that project may come back to life. In the meantime, concepts spend their time in a place we affectionately call "The Morge"

Believe it or not, ICON Technologies got its start back in 2004 as ICON Estates when two friends (Gil and David) from high school opened a residential real estate company in Brickell. By 2006, ICON Estates evolved into ICON Commercial Real Estate which not only dealt in brokering the buying and selling of commercial real estate, but also the sourcing real estate financing. During this time, another member to the team (Fernando) was brought in to handle the technology needs of the business.
By 2007 the ICON trio had embarked on the internal development of not only its web presence but its remarkable business system known as, "The ICON WorkStation". This workstation eventually become the operating system for the entire business as it evolved into at 100% paperless company. ICON Commercial Real Estate created a platform of accountability, efficiency, goodwill along with a major industry advantage but guess what happened next?
Yeap, the financial crisis.
Fast-forward to late 2009... with the descension of ICON Commercial Real Estate; came the rise of ICON Technologies. The trio scaled down back to a duet but this time the new dynamic duo was Gil and Fernando. David continued in Commercial Real Estate with the support of ICON Technologies. Having built such a powerful online platform the new dynamic duo were confident they could do the same for other companies and by 2010; ICON Technologies landed its first big development contract with Florida International University and the University of Miami.
That changed everything and we've been evolving ever since.
